The clients who've completed this 5-Week Therapeutic Writing & Discussion Group course have found the courage and strength to return to school, confront feelings of unworthiness, end toxic relationships, launch new businesses, move across the country and more. They've learned the keys to creating the lives they desire and deserve despite the life were given. Even more important to some, they've built support systems and communities after feeling isolated and ostracized for far too long. Are you struggling to find the true you amid the you that feel you must be? Do you find yourself stuck in people pleasing behaviors? Are you ready to break free of the stigma, stereotype and shame trapping you in a life you don’t want? Are you watching time fly by while your dreams go unfilled? You don’t have to stay stuck in that mindset or predicament. You have the power to create the life of your dreams. I can help you harness that power and use it to fuel your passions. There are 3 components to this group program Weekly written assignments Initial, mid-program and final assessments Weekly live group discussion sessions via zoom (3 hours per week) Our live weekly zoom sessions will allow us to see that we are not struggling alone; that we are not alone in our thoughts, feelings and at times, patterns and behaviors. It allows us to hear a variety of coping mechanisms as well as gain strength and support from those who have struggled with and overcome things that we are currently struggling with.
